Dialing *165# on your MTN MoMo registered phone number is another process that leads to making payment for your MKopa Solar Bill instalment payment. Infact, this is the most easiest and seamless method to settle the bill because it doesn't require an internet connection or a smartphone.
All you need to do is open your phone dialer and dial *165#, then follow the on-screen prompts by selecting Payments, Utilities, and Solar Services, before choosing M-KOPA. Note, these selections may not be arranged as seen here but just make sure you read and follow them correctly to choose MKopa as the agent you're making payment to.
Once that is done, you'll be required to enter your M-KOPA account number, type in the amount you want to pay, and confirm the transaction using your MTN Mobile Money PIN to complete the payment and keep your solar service active.
