President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice-President Kashim Shettima have proposed a combined allocation of ₦11.03 billion in the 2026 fiscal year. According to page 4 of the 2026 Appropriation Bill presented to the National Assembly, the ₦11.03 allocation will be used to fund the essential operations, travel logistics, and administrative requirements of the State House.

This figure is part of the ₦58.18 trillion national budget, titled the "Budget of Consolidation, Renewed Resilience, and Shared Prosperity". The spending is divided between the offices of the President and the Vice-President as follows:

The State House Headquarters, the seat of power, accounts for the largest share of the Presidency’s 2026 budget, with an earmarked total of ₦43.191 billion. This allocation is prioritised toward capital projects, which receive ₦30.487 billion, followed by ₦10.060 billion for overheads.

Personnel costs for the seat of power are projected at ₦2.643 billion for the fiscal year. In total, the bill clarifies that the President’s State House Operations account is allocated N8.386 billion, and the Office of the Vice-President is allocated N2.642 billion, as seen in the table below:
